Inspection Methods Classification of Household Appliances

The inspection methods of household appliances can be divided into two categories: physical and chemical inspection method and sensory inspection method.

Physical and chemical inspection refers to the inspection method that applies physical and chemical methods to test the quality characteristics of household appliances by virtue of various instruments and reagents under certain environmental conditions. It includes physical inspection method, chemical inspection method, instrumental analysis method and so on. Physical and chemical inspection is objective and accurate, which is mainly used to inspect the internal quality of electric appliances, and it is an inspection that must be carried out by design, production and identification departments.

This kind of inspection focuses on the appearance of electrical products. Although it is not accurate as physical and chemical inspection and is not easy to quantify, it cannot be replaced by physical and chemical inspection in many cases, such as the inspection of the sound quality of electrical appliances and the inspection of the color of TV images. Sensory inspection is not only suitable for the inspection of ordinary electrical appliances, but also for the inspection of high-end electrical products, so it has a wide range of applications. Sensory inspection doesn’t require complex operation techniques, but it requires certain experience.
