Inspection standard for vacuum cup and vacuum Pot

1.Appearance

- The surface of the vacuum cup (bottle, pot) should be clean and free of obvious scratches. There shall be no burr on the accessible parts of hands.

-The welding part shall be smooth without pores, cracks and burrs.

- The coating should not be exposed, peeled or rusted.

-The printed words and patterns shall be clear and complete

2. Stainless steel material

Inner liner and accessories material: The inner liner and stainless steel accessories in direct contact with food should be made of 12Cr18Ni9, 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel materials, or use other stainless steel materials with corrosion resistance not lower than those specified above.

Shell material: the shell shall be made of Austenite stainless steel.

3. Volume Deviation

The volume deviation of vacuum cups (bottles, pots) should be within ±5% of the nominal volume.

4. Heat preservation efficiency

The heat preservation efficiency level of vacuum cups (bottles and pots) is divided into five levels. Level I is the highest and level V is the lowest.

The opening of the main body of the vacuum cup (bottle or pot) shall be placed for more than 30 min under the specified test environment temperature and filled with water above 96 °C. When the measured temperature of the water temperature in the main body of the vacuum cup (bottle and pot) reaches (95 ± 1) ℃, close the original cover (plug), and measure the temperature of the water in the main body of the vacuum cup (bottle and pot) after 6h ± 5min. It is required that the vacuum cups (bottles, pots) with inner plugs are not lower than grade II and the vacuum cups (bottles, pots) without inner plugs are not lower than grade V.

5. Stability

Under normal use, fill the vacuum cup (bottle, pot) with water, and place it on a non-slip flat wooden board inclined at 15° to observe whether it is poured.

6. Impact resistance

Fill the vacuum cup (bottle, pot) with warm water and hang it vertically at a height of 400mm with a hanging rope, checking for cracks and damage when falling to a horizontally fixed hard board with a thickness of 30mm or more in a static state, and check whether the heat preservation efficiency meets the corresponding regulations.

7. Sealing Ability

Fill the main body of the vacuum cup (bottle, pot) with hot water above 90 ℃ with 50% volume. After being sealed by the original cover (plug), swing the mouth 10 times up and down at a frequency of 1 time per second and an amplitude of 500 mm to check for water leakage.

8. Smell of sealing parts and hot water

After cleaning the vacuum cup (bottle and pot) with warm water from 40 °C to 60 °C, fill it with hot water above 90 °C, close the original cover (plug) , and leave it for 30 minutes, check the sealing parts and hot water for any peculiar smell.

9. Rubber parts are heat resistant and water resistant

Place the rubber parts in the container of the reflux condensing device and take them out after slight boiling for 4 hours to check if there is any stickiness. After being placed for 2 hours, check the appearance with naked eyes for obvious deformation.

10. Installation strength of handle and lifting ring

Hang the vacuum (bottle, pot) by the handle or lifting ring and fill the vacuum cup (bottle, pot) with water with a weight 6 times the weight (including all accessories), hanging it lightly on the vacuum (bottle, pot) and holding it for 5 minutes, and check whether the handle or lifting ring is available.

11. Strength of strap and sling

Strength test of strap: Extend the strap to the longest, then hang the vacuum cup (bottle and pot) through the strap, and fill the vacuum cup (bottle, pot) with water with a weight 10 times the weight (including all accessories), hanging it lightly on the vacuum (bottle, pot) and holding it for 5 minutes, and check whether the straps, sling and their connections are slipping and broken.

12. Coating adhesion

Using a single-edged cutting tool with a blade angle of 20° to 30° and a blade thickness of (0.43±0.03) mm to apply vertical and uniform force to the surface of the tested coating, and draw 100 (10 x 10) checkerboard squares of 1mm2 to the bottom, and stick a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with a width of 25mm and an adhesive force of (10±1) N/25mm on it, then peel off the tape at right angles to the surface, and count the number of remaining checkerboard grids that have not been peeled off , it is generally required that the coating should retain more than 92 checkerboards.

13. Adhesion of printed words and patterns on the surface

Attach (10±1) N/25mm of pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with a width of 25mm to words and patterns, then peel off the adhesive tape in a direction at right angles to the surface and check whether it falls off.

14. Screwing strength of sealing cover (plug)

First tighten the cover (plug) by hand, and then apply a torque of 3 N·m to the cover (plug) to check whether the thread has sliding teeth.

15. Usage performance

Manually and visually check whether the moving parts of the vacuum cup (bottle, pot) are firmly installed, flexible and functional.
